“May your song always be sung.”

-- Bob Dylan

"They want to know all your stories. The kids still want to hear—they want to know about you. And that's a beautiful thing."

-- Art Buchwald

“I urge you to pursue preserving your personal history to allow your children and grandchildren to know who you were as a child and what your hopes and dreams were."

-- Oprah Winfrey

Everyone has a story…

…but most stories are lost forever because no one saves them in a way that can be passed down to future generations.

Too often, people say, “I wish we had taped Father’s stories while he was alive.” Or, “I have a box of photos but I don’t know how I can share them with all my children.” Or, “I know our business history is important but I don’t have time to put it together.”

You can create a priceless legacy for your family or business by preserving the precious photos, documents and stories of the past and present. Your personal or business history can be published as a simple booklet, a beautiful hardbound book, a compelling video, an audio recording or in many other ways.

What’s more, you don’t have to do it all at once. You can save one “chapter” now, and add another later. Even a partial memoir or business history will be highly valued by others. Start now, start anywhere and enjoy the process of exploring your past.

Our story…

The mission of Chapter Savers LLC is to help people record and preserve their personal and business histories. I’ll ask you questions that will spark your memory and bring out the meaningful events of your life. My services include interviewing, audio and video recording and editing, CD and DVD production, writing, editing and proofreading, photograph and document scanning, printing and binding guidance and oversight, and consultation on archival storage media and methods.

Your personal or business history is unique, and I will give you the one-on-one personal attention your stories deserve. My goal is to make it easy for you to create your special project.

If you need a speaker for your club or organization, I offer educational presentations on a variety of topics, including steps in preserving business histories, memoir writing, do-it-yourself tips for oral history and video production and archival storage.
